Introduction to the Production Line Production line
The company has one pickling production line, three cold-rolling production lines, one tinplate baseboard production line, one non-patterned galvanized coil production line, and one aluminum-zinc coated production line.
The seamless galvanized continuous production line, with an annual capacity of 150,000 tons, produces materials in widths ranging from 760mm to 1,050mm and thicknesses from 0.15mm to 0.4mm. It is the only specialized hot-dip galvanizing production line in China dedicated to supplying materials for chemical drums and miscellaneous cans. The product quality and performance are consistently stable, earning unanimous recognition and high praise across the entire chemical drum industry. Many well-known domestic coating manufacturers have designated this line as their preferred supplier of galvanized coil sheets. Our products are sold to over 20 provinces and cities nationwide, receiving widespread customer approval and playing a crucial role in helping end customers reduce packaging costs.
The tinplate substrate full-process production line has an annual output of 100,000 tons. It produces substrates with widths ranging from 760 mm to 1,050 mm and thicknesses from 0.14 mm to 0.5 mm. The substrate grade is T1-DR9. These products are suitable for a variety of metal packaging applications, components in the electronics industry, battery parts, and more. They provide stable-quality substrates for tin plating and chrome plating processes.
The aluminum-zinc-silicon coil production line has an annual output of 150,000 tons. It produces coils with widths ranging from 750 mm to 1,250 mm and thicknesses from 0.13 mm to 0.6 mm. The products are widely used in industries such as construction, mechanical manufacturing, automotive, and household appliances. Our products are distributed across more than 30 provinces and cities nationwide and are also exported to regions including Europe and the U.S., Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, enjoying a strong market reputation and excellent customer feedback.
We primarily produce various products including galvanized strip steel, pickled strip steel, and cold-rolled strip steel. These products are widely used in industries such as construction, mechanical manufacturing, automotive, and household appliances.
