2023
In January, a “Two-Integration and Dual-A” enterprise. In May, awarded the Tianjin City Single-Item Champion Product title. In June, awarded the title of “Tianjin Green Factory.” In November, two new invention patents were granted.

2022
In March, we were listed on the “Daily New Report 3.15 Integrity Enterprise List.” In March, we participated in the development of a group standard for the quality grading of continuous hot-dip coated steel sheets and strips used in construction. In June, we were recognized as a seed enterprise for single-item champions. In September, we advanced our lean management initiatives. In November, we ranked 52nd on the list of Tianjin’s Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises. In December, we were honored with the 7th place in Tianjin’s “Top 100 Strategic Emerging Industries” and the 95th place in the “Top 100 for Sales Revenue” under the Tianjin Healthy Growth Program.

2021
In August, we invested in and established Tianjin Haigang Yunyi New Materials Co., Ltd. In October, we obtained AEO certification from Customs. In December, we were awarded two invention patent certificates and eight utility model patent certificates.

2020
In March, made outstanding contributions to the 2020 fight against the novel coronavirus epidemic. In August, ranked sixth on the “Top 100 Strategic Emerging Enterprises” list. In December, ranked among the “Top 100 Tianjin Enterprises.” In December, received 16 certificates for utility model patents.

2019
In March, we became a director member of the Tianjin Chamber of Commerce of the China International Chamber of Commerce. In April, we installed and commissioned one raw-material shear machine. In November, we were awarded the “Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative” SME Certificate and plaque; we also received the plaque for the Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center and the honorary certificate of “Gazelle Enterprise.” In December, we obtained three certificates for utility model patents, received the certificate for Tianjin’s key cultivated international independent brands, and became a practice base for the School of Economics and Management at Hebei University of Technology, establishing an enterprise training center (Haihe Craftsman Training Base).

2018
In January, we were awarded the Korean Trademark Registration Certificate. In June, we were awarded an Invention Patent Certificate for a process and production method of galvanized high-strength steel plates. In October, we were awarded seven Utility Model Patent Certificates.

2017
In June, we installed and commissioned one 1000mm raw material shear machine. In July, we obtained the Philippine trademark registration certificate. Installed zinc-layer thickness gauges on galvanizing lines No. 1 and No. 4. In October, an eddy-current online flaw detector was installed on the 84100 grinding machine. Our galvanized strip steel has been awarded the Malaysian Product Standards Certification.

2016
In March, we launched a lean production project in collaboration with Professor Liu from Tianjin University, a domestic expert in lean production management, to further deepen our lean production management efforts. In April, Li Shuqi, Vice Mayor of Tianjin, led a delegation of officials to our company to conduct a field study on the implementation of lean production initiatives. In July, our company was recognized as a demonstration enterprise for the deep integration of informatization and industrialization in Tianjin. In October, the second-phase expansion project of our company was completed, with newly installed equipment put into operation, significantly boosting our production capacity. We now anticipate an annual production capacity of 1 million tons.

2015
In March, we were awarded certification certificates for three major management systems. In June, production management personnel traveled to Toyota Corporation in Japan to learn about lean production management principles and successfully introduced these concepts into our operations. In September, construction began on the company’s Phase II expansion, adding two new galvanizing production lines and one acid continuous rolling production line, which will increase our annual production capacity by 600,000 tons. In December, we filed another six applications for utility model patents. By December, we had received numerous honorary certificates.

2014
In March, Haigang’s galvanized strip steel stepped out of China and began to reach the world. In May, it was awarded the title of “Famous Brand Product” by Tianjin Municipality. In August, it received the Level-3 Certificate for Standardized Safe Production (Metallurgical Rolling Steel). In September, it filed applications for six utility model patents.

2013
In November, we filed the first utility model patent for Haigang Company (a furnace roller for an energy-saving galvanized sheet annealing furnace). In December, the annual production output more than doubled compared to the previous year, with a year-on-year growth rate of 107.67%. Product types have shifted toward medium and wide strips.

2012
On April 10, the 35kV power station successfully began delivering electricity. On April 27, the natural gas ignition was successfully completed. On May 4, the No. 1 galvanizing line started cold rolling with strip material. On May 21, the rolling mill was successfully commissioned. On May 25, the No. 2 galvanizing line officially began producing the first batch of qualified galvanized strip steel for Haigang Steel. On May 26, the slitting unit was successfully commissioned. On June 8, the pickling line was successfully commissioned and produced genuine, high-quality products. On July 8, the No. 1 galvanizing line started producing genuine, high-quality products. In October, the Haigang Steel trademark was successfully registered. In December, ERP was successfully implemented, and work on informationization gradually got underway.

2011
On January 13, the company was registered and began preparations for establishment. On June 30, construction of the production workshop’s infrastructure project broke ground. On September 30, construction of the 35kV substation infrastructure project commenced.
We primarily produce various products including galvanized strip steel, pickled strip steel, and cold-rolled strip steel. These products are widely used in industries such as construction, mechanical manufacturing, automotive, and household appliances.
