In the "Top 100 Tianjin Manufacturing Enterprises 2022" list jointly released by the Tianjin Enterprise Confederation and the Tianjin Entrepreneurs Association, several companies from Jinghai made the list. Among them, Tianjin Haigang Steel Coil Co., Ltd. ranked 52nd with a revenue of 4.547 billion yuan. Thus, Tianjin Haigang Steel Coil Co., Ltd. has been listed on the Top 100 Tianjin Manufacturing Enterprises for three consecutive years.
In the production workshop of Tianjin Haigang Steel Coil Co., Ltd., machines are roaring, and all production lines are operating at full capacity to accelerate manufacturing. On-site, coils of strip steel raw materials undergo pickling and cold rolling, resulting in a bright and clean surface. They are then sent into hot-dip galvanizing tanks, where they are galvanized according to different customer requirements. Liu Chengxi, Production Manager at Tianjin Haigang Steel Coil Co., Ltd., said: “The advantage of the acid continuous rolling mill lies in laser welding, which allows for more precise control of thickness accuracy—within a tolerance of 0.02 millimeters. At the same time, production capacity has also increased. Transitioning from the previous push-pull pickling line to the six-stand continuous rolling technology has boosted efficiency by more than 40%.”

Previously, manual measurements had an error rate of up to 5%, but now we can keep the error rate within 2%, significantly improving the flatness of the plate surface.”
