Currently, Haigang Steel Coil has achieved process-level integration of information technology and industrial development. Some key indicators are relatively high, laying a solid foundation for the company’s overall move toward network-level digitalization. The company is at the industry-leading level in areas such as data-driven approaches, operational control of business processes, data integration and sharing, mechanisms for formulating digital transformation strategies, and technology application, giving it strong competitive advantages. It also surpasses the industry average in aspects including digital transformation environment analysis, digital transformation strategy planning and deployment, product digital innovation capabilities, demand definition capabilities, and rapid response capabilities.
We have built an automated production line covering all processes in the steel products industry chain, gradually implementing lean production management, reducing manual operations, improving production efficiency, lowering material consumption, and shortening product lead times.
To further integrate information technology with industrialization and build a “smart workshop,” Haigang Steel Coil has refined its production management system: Building on other subsystems such as engineering data management and inventory management, it adopts the advanced manufacturing management principles of ERP while also incorporating the management philosophies of JIT and lean production. This provides the company with comprehensive oversight and control over all stages of manufacturing-related production orders—from production planning and material input and issuance to production inspection and reporting, and finally to product warehousing and order closure—helping enterprises effectively grasp information on various manufacturing activities, manage production schedules, enhance production efficiency, reduce work-in-process inventory in the workshop, lower waste and costs, and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Tianjin Haigang Steel Coil Co., Ltd. boasts domestically advanced continuous production lines for pickling, cold rolling, and hot-dip galvanizing, each with an annual capacity of 1 million tons. The company primarily produces various products including galvanized strip steel, pickled strip steel, and cold-rolled strip steel, with widths under 860mm, zinc coating weights ranging from 40g to 600g, and thicknesses from 0.3mm to 5.0mm.
